API的编写真的很不严谨，例如：UpdateRow和DeleteRow两个API，如果都针对不存在的rowid

UpdateRow会返回
{“error_type”:“row_not_exist”,“error_message”:“Row does not exist.”}

而DeleteRow则会返回
Internal Server Error

返回错误都如此分裂的吗？
